We offer a 30-day return window for all Light Phone hardware to ensure you have ample time to experience a more intentional lifestyle. All returned devices must be in original condition with all included accessories and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the return or exchange process.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the Light Phone and its original charging cable back into the original box, ensuring all components are securely packed.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download the prepaid shipping label provided via email, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop the package off at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the device, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
